PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the handling of a cartridge by releasing the holding of a recording medium at the time of mounting and holding the recording medium and removing the recording medium together with a disk holder at the time of removing. SOLUTION: A disk holder 3 removable from a cartridge case 2 is arranged in the portion where the holder faces the surface arranged with a shutter 21. The disk holder 3 is detained by detaining of detaining pawls 4a, 4b to detaining holes 5a, 5b disposed at the cartridge case 2. At the time of removing the disk holder 3. The release of the detention is executed by removing the detaining pawls 4a, 4b from the detaining holes 5a, 5b. The disk holder 3 is provided with disk holding ends 7a, 7b and a disk holding part 8 for holding the disk 6.
