PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the processed paper from being hooked on a discharge port when it is discharged to a discharge tray and to remove electrified charges by fitting static eliminator means keeping their tips in contact with the surface of the paper coveyed by a discharge roller pair to the rotary shaft of at least one roller of the discharge roller pair. SOLUTION: A discharge roller 191 is provided with a plurality of roller members 193 on a rotary shaft 192, and static eliminator brushes 194 are fitted to the rotary shaft 192 near the roller members 193. When the discharge roller 191 is rotated, the static eliminator brushes 194 are integrally rotated, and the tips of the brush sections 196 of the static eliminator brushes 194 are kept in contact with the surface of the conveyed paper. The electrified charges of the paper are moved to the brush sections 196 of the static eliminator brushes 194 then flow to the earth via substrates 195 and the rotary shaft 192 and are removed, and the tips of the brush sections 196 are rotated while pressing the hooked paper and drop the paper on a main body bottom plate. The number of part items is decreased, and the cost can be reduced.
|
