THERMOPLASTIC RESIN SHEET, AND METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR WELD-CUTTING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mold an olefin resin sheet into a desired shape and to also enhance the production efficiency of the sheet. SOLUTION: Two olefin resin sheets 2 are superposed to be interposed between an ultrasonic horn 6 and a die cut roll 5 having a cutting blade part and micro-amplitude is applied to these sheets 2 in the surface direction vertical to the sheets 2 by the ultrasonic horn 6. In this case, the pressure contact surfaces of the sheets 2 are rubbed with each other to generate heat to mutually weld the sheets 2 and, after the sheets 2 are welded, the ultrasonic horn 6 is stopped and the sheets 2 are fed to be brought to a pressure contact state by the flat roll 7 on the downstream side in the rotary direction of the die cut roll 5 and the cutting blade part to be cut.
