摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the irregular deformation of an inner wheel and to stabilize the shape of a caulked portion by applying a caulking action while pressing an annular pressing jig to the flange section outer periphery of the inner wheel on the opposite side to a counterbore. SOLUTION: A caulking action is applied via a rolling caulking device C while an annular pressing jig 4 is outwardly inserted to the flange section outer periphery of an inner wheel 21 on the opposite side to a counterbore in the slightly tight-fit state. A caulking tool 90 is pressed to the shaft end of the shaft section 12 of a hub wheel 1 while the inner wheel 21 is constrained by the pressing jig 4, the caulking tool 90 is rolled, the shaft end of the shaft section 12 is plastically deformed outwardly in the radial direction, and an elastically deformed portion is pressed to the outer end face of the inner wheel 21. The inner wheel 21 itself is restrained by the pressing jig 4, the caulking force is received by the pressing jig 4 restraining the inner wheel 21, and the irregular deformation of the inner wheel 21 is suppressed.</p>
