PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an inexpensive conductive member which is constituted so that an excellent electrifying action can be executed when it is used for a contact type electrification device which is provided with durability, is easily manufactured. SOLUTION: This conductive members 10A-10D are used by being brought into contact with a body to be brought into contact and constituted of single structure consisting of a high polymer base material including conductive agent. Besides, the distributing density of the conductive agent within the range of a part 12A to a part 12B up to 20 to 12μm inside from a contact end with the body to be brought into contact is set to be substantially zero being smaller than that at the other parts 11A-11D.
