PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide one-touch type binding device capable of efficiently, stably and firmly binding a crossing section of reinforcing bars adjacent to each other. SOLUTION: The separated basic end in one spring metal wire rod is used as a first wrapping hook 11 to a horizontal reinforcement X, and in the same way, the separated front end is used as a second wrapping bar 15 to a vertical reinforcement Y. Then, successively a first wrapping bar 12 to the vertical reinforcement Y, a second wrapping hook 13 to the horizontal reinforcement X and a control lever 14 are continuously bent from the first wrapping hook 11 toward the second wrapping bar 15.
