PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an interior decorative material having high humidity absorbing and discharging properties and capable of converging the indoor fluctuation width accompanied by the temp. and humidity change of the outside. SOLUTION: An interior decorative material is constituted of a humidity absorbing and discharging resin layer 1 wherein acid clay (a) is contained in a resin being either one of an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer, an acrylic resin and a polyolefin resin. This humidity absorbing and discharging resin layer 1 may be laminated on a base material or may comprise a non-foamed layer or a cellular foamed layer.
