PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To seal and keep opened bags without using rubber bands fasteners nor other tools without worrying about bags falling down even in careless handling, without liquid smearing, and prepare a receiver for an accident as well as clearly show the presence of cookies and kinds of the rest and enable children to enjoy management for better child discipline with attractive design and the like when food filled bags are opened and some are still left after removing necessary food. SOLUTION: Two board materials are lined in series to be the series stand type and in parallel to be the parallel stand type, and support sections are added to them. Two base materials are lapped together to form a pocket hollow part to be the plate type, a belt is provided for it to be the winding type, and the plate type is rotated by 90 degree and a hanging section is formed to be the hanging type. The appropriate intervals formed by the above board 3 base materials are made to be sealing sections and are provided for more than one place. The base materials such as board material 3, net, nonwoven fabric, rubber are decided according to the type, use and preference.
