PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a radiation detector for accurately measuring an energy by detecting a radiation of a high energy area with go sensitivity. SOLUTION: A radiation 101a is incident while applying a high voltage between both electrodes of semiconductor elements 102a to 102d having a constitution in which semiconductors 51a to 51d are interposed between upper electrodes 11 to 14 and lower electrodes 15 to 18, generated electrons and holes flow by an electric field generated by an applied voltage, and charges generated at the upper and lower electrodes 11 to 14 and 15 to 18 are detected. In this case, an energy of the radiation 101 is measured by a constitution in which a plurality of the elements 102a to 102d are laminated and electrically connected in series with each other.
