PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To specify a target file and to read it aloud in voice even for a person who is disabled to see or even when a display screen can not be viewed through remote operation. SOLUTION: A file data name, etc., stored in a storage device 1 is converted to voice data by a character/voice converting device 7 and read aloud in voice and character data of file data selected and determined file are converted to voice data by the character/voice converting device 7 and read aloud by voice output means 8 and 13, so that the target file data can be read aloud in voice without viewing the display screen of a display part 9.
