PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a developing device constituted so that the density of an image from being lightened caused by the secular change of developer and fogging is prevented from occurring caused by the blocking of the developer by regulating positional relation between an elastic regulation member and a developer supply and peeling member abutting on a developer carrier to be within a proper range. SOLUTION: The developer regulation member 3 and the developer supply and peeling member 6 are arranged with respect to the developer carrying means 2 so that an angleθformed by a straight line passed through the most downstream point of the abutting part of the member 6 with respect to the carrying member 2 in the rotating direction of the carrying member 2 and the rotation center of the carrying member 2 and a straight line passed through the most upstream point of the abutting part D of the regulation member 3 in the rotating direction of the carrying member 2 and the rotation center of the carrying member 2 becomes 50 deg.<=θ<=80 deg.. |
