摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep the length of the travel path of a sheet material constant in a meandering correcting action by rotatably supporting a plurality of meandering correction rollers applied with a fixed axial angle to be suspended with the sheet material in an S-shape, and providing an axial interval adjusting means changing the axial interval between both meandering correction rollers. SOLUTION: A pair of rocking arms 16 provided with meandering correction rollers 2a, 2b at their tip sections are interlocked via gears 15 rotated together with individual rocking shafts 17 in an axial interval adjusting means 3. When the roller 2a on the receiving side is rocked downward to vertically shorten the interval between both rollers 2a, 2b within the whole travel path in a meandering correcting action, the roller 2b on the sending side extends the travel path 7 b on the sending side in the horizontal direction via the action of the gears 15 meshed with each other. The axial interval L between both meandering correction rollers 2a, 2b is adjusted by this action, and a tension change can be suppressed low. The speed change of a sheet material and the occurrence of waves caused by the meandering correcting action can be resolved.
