PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a charge pump circuit having a small voltage fluctuation suppressed by preventing an unnecessary pumpings since a point of time when pumpings are completed. SOLUTION: This charge pump circuit is provided with a pumpting circuit 2 driven synchronously with an inputted pulse signal, a detector 4 which compares the output of the pumping circuit with preliminarily set pumping start detection level and completion detection level to detect that the output has reached these respective potentials, an oscillation circuit 3 forming the pulse signal for driving the pumping circuit 2 under the control of the output of the detector 4. The oscillation circuit 3 is composed of an oscillation part forming the pulse signal with a fixed cycle by detecting the pumping start detection level and a latch circuit which detects the pumping completion detection level and which holds the circuit output state at the time of the detection.
