PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the mounting and exchanging of lenses by connecting the opposite ends of a spectacle frame which fixes the lenses by full rims having the partly separated opposite ends by means of freely expandable and contractable elastic members. SOLUTION: Basic component parts are rim wires 1 and coil springs 10. The full-rim frame is formed by winding the rim wire 1 to a round shape in compliance with the shape of the lens and brazing and fixing the ends 1001, 1001 of the coil spring 10 to both opposite end of the separated gap of the full rim 1. If a user holds and opens both ends of the gap of the full rim 1 at the time of mounting the lens to the full rim 1 or removing the lens from the full rim 1, the portion fixing the full rim 1 is the coil spring 10 and, therefore, the full rim 1 opens easily and the attachment and detachment of the lens are executed. Since the lens may be held without using a closing block tube by this constitution and therefore, the need of screwing for holding and fixing the lens is eliminated.
