<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the rain, snow and blow to stairs provided in an outdoor side to prevent the danger of missing a person's footing in the case the person passes through, at the same time, form a space capable of opening and closing an umbrella on the ground floor in the front of the stairs without getting wet and being obstructed by surrounding structures in the case of going in and out between the stairs and ground floor and to freely design a building as well as nice-looking appearance. SOLUTION: A building 2 having two or more floors with stairs 4 provided to an outdoor side is constructed upward of the highest floor of the stairs 4, and it is equipped with the stairs 4 and a stair roof 7 covering the upper part of the ground floor 9 in the front of the stairs. It is equipped with a side wall 12 provided in the side opposite to an external wall 3 of the building 2 having the same length of the horizontal width as the height from the ground floor 5 to the lower surface 8 of the stair roof 7 and the horizontal height of the stairs 4 and a pilotis 17 having a continuous column 16 vertically erected to the ground floor part in the front of the stair to bear the lower surface 8 of the stair roof 7.</p> |
