PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal device that can prevent the refloatation of a terminal plate, enhances the insulation between the ground and a live part and between respective phases, and can improve the strength of a partitioning wall of the terminal part. SOLUTION: In a terminal device which is provided with a base 1, a cover 7 covering the base 1, terminal plates 3 mounted on seatings 1d of the base 1, and terminal screws 4 penetrating through the terminal plates 3, and with which outside conductors 8 are connected to the terminal plates 3 by fastening the terminal screws 4, a projecting part 7d trailing down toward the terminal plate 3 is formed on each cover partitioning wall 7a formed on the cover to perform insulation between the respective phases or from the outside, and the terminal plate 3 is pressed by the projecting part 7d so that the floatation of the terminal plate 3 is prevented.
