PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray tube device suitable for an X-ray CT device capable of taking pictures of two slices at a time. SOLUTION: In the rotating anode X-ray tube, two focusing cathodes 8, 9 are arranged opposite to a target 3 having an approximately flat discoid focus orbital plane 4, and two focuses 6, 7 are formed in the positions close to and far from a beryllium window 13, on the target 3. The X-ray tube is supported, in a tube container, in the arrangement that an axis 2 of a rotating anode 2 is slanted against an axis 23 of the tube container, and X-rays 10, 11 from the two focuses 6, 7 can be got out of a tube container emission window 14 as two parallel X-ray beams.
