PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production management system for automatically reproducing defectives generated in a production stage without affecting the design of products. SOLUTION: A visible part printer 5 prints a variable printing part for each printing unit by visible ink, a transparent part printer 7 prints a transparent bar code 35 by transparent ink, the transparent bar code 35 is read by a transparent mark reader 11 and a production list is prepared. The production list and a printing list are compared, data for reproduction are prepared, a printing processing by the visible part printer 5 is returned and the products are automatically reproduced.
