PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a cycle time from becoming long even at the time of movement under numerical control which is large in positioning specification frequency. SOLUTION: An NC start command (a) is inputted from a programmable controller PC to a numerical controller NC and a management program 12 starts. The management program 12 which receives a positioning command (c) from a positioning control program 20 selects the corresponding NC positioning program and after the program is executed, a return to the management program 12 is made. This cycle is repeated until plural positioning commands end, and a reset command (b) is inputted and the numerical controller NC stops operating. When positioning control is repeated successively, the start and reset processes of the numerical controller NC are each performed only once, so the time needed for the processes does not become long and the cycle time required for successive moving and positioning operations is shortened.
