PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance convenience by providing a memory for storing dry up data of a plurality of dry up operations, a data indicator, and a data recognition switch and controlling storage of the dry up data in the memory to be performed upon finishing at least first time moisture measurement thereby confirming the data easily. SOLUTION: A memory 68 has first and second memory sections wherein the first memory section is used for storing data upon finishing or stopping dry up operation and abnormality code whereas the second memory section is used for storing data upon finishing measurement and abnormality code. A control means 54 has a function for controlling storage of the dry up data in the memory 68 to be performed upon finishing at least first time moisture measurement. The control means 54 has a function for indicating dry up data during dry up operation on a data indicator 48 at first when a data recognition switch 50 is depressed during dry up operation and indicating previous dry up data when the data recognition switch 50 is depressed again.
