PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the smooth execution of curving operation by coating a metallic coil wire with a vapor deposition resin and forming this wire to a capillary form. SOLUTION: A vapor deposition resin is deposited by evaporation to a thickness of about 1 to 25μm on the outer peripheral surface of a heat shrinkable tube made of a synthetic resin coated with a release agent, by which a first vapor deposition resin layer 3 is formed. The metallic wire 4 is wound like a coil from above this layer to windingly provide the layer with the metallic coil wire 4a. A soft stainless steel wire of about 0.1 mm in wire diameter d is used as the metallic wire 4. Further, the vapor deposition resin is deposited by evaporation from above the same, by which a second vapor deposition resin layer 5 is formed. The entire part is heated to shrink the heat shrinkable tube as a core rod. A shrunk tube 2a is drawn. As a result, a flexible tube 1 of about <=5 mm in a bore size D1 is obtd.
