PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a solid composition readily decomposable when brought into contact with an aqueous liquid by further adding an organic absorbent to a deformable solid cosmetic of pharmaceutical composition containing a structural agent. SOLUTION: This composition is obtained by further adding at least one kind of an organic absorbent [cross-linked sodium carboxymethyl cellulose having preferably >=5 times, more preferably >=15 times static water absorption capacity at a room temperature (25 deg.C) or the like] to a deformable solid cosmetic or pharmaceutical composition containing at least one kind of a structural agent selected from fine particles of glass bead, a foamed or unfoamed polymer of acrylonitrile, vinyl chloride, etc., silica, etc., having preferably 1-300μm, more preferably 5-200μm, especially preferably 10-1O0μm average particle diameter and preferably <0.1, more preferably <0.06, especially preferably <0.04 density in a medium.
