PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat utilizing system utilizing hydrogen storage alloys for reducing its cost by decreasing a pressure loss of hydrogen movement. SOLUTION: In a heat pump cycle for eliminating an opening/closing valve of a hydrogen passage, an eliminator E exhibiting a baffle plate-like state for enlarging a passage area is disposed in an opening for communicating with containers S1, S2, S3 and a hydrogen passage S4. A hydrogen flow at the time of moving the hydrogen is decelerated, and powder of the alloys contained in the flow is dropped. As a result, the movement of the powder is suppressed. Since the eliminator E of a low cost is used instead of an expensive filter F, a cooler utilizing the alloys becomes a low cost.
