PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for making a user able to easily relate a moving image frame and an unspecified action. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a component 1 for displaying a moving image, the component 2 for monitoring a frame and the component 3 provided with an action. In this case, the component 1 is provided with a slot for storing the frame number of the moving image during display. The component 2 is provided with a means for controlling the screen display of the present component and a slave component, obtains frame information from the slot of the component 1 and switches the mapping/unmapping of the present component and the slave component corresponding to whether or not the frame within a predetermined range is in displaying. The component 3 is composed of the slave component of the component 2. The component 2 is arranged on the component 1, the timing of mapping/unmapping is set by the frame number and the component 3 provided with the action is arranged on the component 2. Thus, a desired action is executed in a specified frame section at the time of moving image frame display.
