PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refill vessel which has a hardly releasable engagement between a net frame and the vessel main body to make the cosmetics inside hardly leak even when the upper face of the refill vessel is rubbed by a cosmetic tool such as a puff. SOLUTION: This refill vessel A with a net comprises a vessel main body with an opening part upside and a net frame 2 composed by spreading a net body in an engaging ring. The net frame is attached to the vessel main body 1 so as to cover the opening part 1c. An inward facing engaging protrusion 1e is formed on the opening part 1c of the vessel main body and an outward facing engaging protrusion 2c to engage with the engaging protrusion 1e is formed on the net frame 2.
