PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the oscillation of a DC voltage of a PV inverter without adjustment of a DC voltage regulator, reduce the time interval of maximum power follow control, and improve follow precision. SOLUTION: A DC voltage controller has a maximum voltage follow control circuit 8A, which controls the voltage of the input side DC capacitor of an inverter so as to have the generated power of a solar cell to be maximum. A regulator 10 which controls the output current of the inverter, so as to make a DC voltage command outputted from the maximum voltage follow control circuit 8A and the DC current detection value of the capacitor agree with each other; and a |Δi*| calculation circuit 22 which calculates the increment/decrement component of the current command corresponding to the predicted charging/ discharging component of the capacitor are provided. The |Δi*| which is outputted from the calculation circuit 22 is added to the output of the regulator 10 for obtaining an output current amplitude command value |i*|. |
