PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable noise filtering even for a reduced loop area defined by a signal pattern and path of its return current by providing a radiation noise countermeasure board for preventing radiation noises from appearing on a wiring board. SOLUTION: Pads 11 are formed like a grid with specified spacings at the connection side of a radiation noise countermeasure board 1 to a wiring board 2. A wiring is led out at an angle of 45 deg. from each pad 11 and a via 12 is formed at the top end of each wiring. A resist 15 is formed on the entire surface, except the pads 11, and solder bumps of cream solder, etc., are formed on the pads 11. To mount a capacitor 20 on the radiation noise countermeasure board 1, noise filtering bypass capacitors 20 are soldered to resist openings at four corners located on a mounting surface. The bypass path is automatically determined by mounting such a radiation noise countermeasure board 1 only and an optimum bypass processing with a reduced loop area defined by a signal pattern and the path of its return current can be executed.
