PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent air from being excessively cooled or heated and then to enable conditioned air to be comfortable to a physical body. SOLUTION: Within a main body 1 are installed a water storing tank 10; a blower 20; a circulation pipe 14 installed within a flow passage for air flowed from the blower 20 and for circulating water in the water storing tank 10; a cooler 27 arranged at the water storing tank 10; and a heater 28 arranged at the water storing tank 10. Water in the water storing tank 10 is cooled or heated by these cooler 27 and heater 28, respectively and then the water is circulated through the circulation pipe 14. Air is fed from the blower 20 into the circulation pipe 14, heat exchanging between the cold water or hot water in the circulation pipe 14 and air to cause cold air or hot air to be produced.
