<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for molding both a lamp body of a leveling specification and a lamp body of a non-leveling specification by means of a single mold device. SOLUTION: A lamp body molded by means of a mold device comprises a first mold 81 for molding the inside of a lamp body, a second mold 82 for molding the outside of the lamp body, division molds separately provided with respect to the molds and for molding a partial region of the lamp body. As the division molds, a first division mold 86 for molding an actuator fitting hole for fitting an actuator for the auto-leveling is changed with a second division mold for molding a cylindrical boss for fitting a tilting support structure member, thereby molding both the lamp body of the auto-leveling specification and the lamp body of the non-auto-leveling specification, so as to reduce the manufacturing cost of the lamp body.</p> |
