PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foamable vinyl chloride-based resin composition capable of producing foams excellent in impact resistance and processability, and a vinyl chloride-based resin foam. SOLUTION: This foamable vinyl chloride-based resin composition comprises 10-50 wt.% of a partially cross-linked copolymer which is obtained by copolymerzing 100 pts.wt. of acrylic monomers comprising >=50 wt.% of an alkyl (meth)acrylate monomer having -140 to -21 deg.C glass transition temperature of its homopolymer and the rest of other acrylic monomers with 0.1-30 pts.wt. of a polyfunctional monomer component, 90-50 wt.% of vinyl chloride- based resin which is obtained by graft copolymerizing 90-50 wt.% of vinyl chloride or vinyl monomers mainly comprising vinyl chloride, and a foaming agent. This vinyl chloride-based foam is obtained by foaming the said vinyl chloride-based resin.
