PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively screw a curved rod, i.e., a shank, in place. SOLUTION: This device has shaping parts 17, 17, for absorbing a curve in the axial direction of a shank 11, which are formed at both ends of a retaining part 12 retaining the shank 11. A fastening part 18 being generally perpendicular to the direction of the axis of a set screw and having a linear cross-sectional shape is provided between the shaping parts and the shank 11 is fastened to the retaining part 12 with the set screw 16.
