PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acoustic system capable of easily removing noise originated from a noise source such as built-in CR-ROM, etc. SOLUTION: An acoustic system with a loudspeaker 7 for acoustic reproduction and a built-in noise source comprises a microphone part 2 arranged in the neighborhood of the noise source 1; a nonlinear circuit 4 for removing signal components other than noise component from an output of the microphone part 2; an application filter 5 for generating a signal of an opposite phase to the noise based on an output of the nonlinear circuit 4; a loud speaker 6 for converting the output signal of the application filter 5 into an acoustic signal; a microphone part 3 arranged in the neighborhood the loudspeaker 7; and a control part 8 for controlling a filter parameter of the application filter 5 so that among the signal components of the output of the microphone part 3, the same signal component as the output signal of the nonlinear circuit 4 is minimized.
