PURPOSE: The apparatus improves the work productivity and prevents the mis-insertion or the damage of a heater by automating a series of repetition work such as supply, transportation and arrangement of a rack where a cathode ray tube heater is loaded. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises: a frame part(2) having a rack rail installed on its top surface which transports the rack where many depressed holes for inserting the cathode ray tube heater are formed; a rack loader(5) where a penetration depressed part is formed vertically in order for the rack to be stacked in sequence and which is installed on the top surface of the frame part; a rack supplier(8) which is installed on the top surface of the frame part in order to supply the rack along the rack rail; a rack transporter(9) which is installed on the top surface of the frame part in order to transport the rack; a heater dropper(16) which is installed on the top surface of the frame in order to throw the cathode ray tube; a rack arrangement part(20) installed to arrange the rack; and a control part(3) which is installed on the frame part to operate the rack supplier, the rack transporter, the heater dropper and the rack arrangement part which are connected electrically.
