PURPOSE: A shape process method of a timber using a high pressure sprayer is provided to be able to simply manufacture boards for decoration by using the timber with a low cost. CONSTITUTION: The shape process method of the timber comprises the steps of: installing a spraying nozzle(5) through a supplying hose(4) on the front of a high pressure sprayer for spraying sands, stone powders, steel powders and other metal fine grain(2), connected to a compressor(1); regulating the spraying angle of the spraying nozzle and the angle of the timber for process into a proper state; making the shape unit(7) of the timber for process project by spraying the sands, the stone powders, the steel powders and other metal fine grains onto the timber for process in order to cave in the adjacent part of the shape unit.
