摘要 |
PURPOSE: A textile manufacture method using a waste fabric is provided to discharge an infrared ray and a negative ion or to have functions of antibiosis and deodorization. CONSTITUTION: The textile manufacture method comprises the steps of: putting fine particles such as waste fabric fragments, mineral powder for radiating far infrared rays, a certain amount of charcoal powder and mugwort powder into a container put with a single fiber and an adhering agent; repeatedly passing the mixed solution through plural rollers and milling the particles of the mixed material to be over 3000 mesh; systematizing to form a regular volume and a system by passing the single fiber as the material of cotton through a first roller; equally spraying the mixed solution on the upper side face of the single fiber and drying the single fiber soaked with the mixed solution.
