PURPOSE: An internet sanction system using bar-code checkbook is provided to confirm users, and to enhance consumption. CONSTITUTION: The present invention discloses an internet sanction system using bar-code checkbook comprising: a bar-code checkbook issuing organization(210) issuing bar-code checkbook having the bar-code for inquiring good purchase contents and sanction through a network according to user's request through a bank after identifying the user's credit; a main server(230) having a database storing said good purchase contents, connecting user to the home page of a franchisee to buy good and managing the home page; and a bar-code checking machine(240) mounted in said franchisee and transmitting the data stored in the bar-code of said bar-code checkbook to said issuing organization.
