PURPOSE: The automatic watergate is provided to open and close by the flow amount of flowed from the upper stream. CONSTITUTION: The automatic watergate is composed of: a wall body constructed in underwater support of the river constituted for using to improve the water quality or for agriculture, spill-way of reservoir, agricultural waterway in a specific interval; a watergate main body(1) having a rotating axis(8) to enable to rotate to the wall body, inclined between the wall bodies; a cover(11) of the upper plate installed at the upper side of the watergate; a piston(6) operated by a piston rod(7) at the cover(11) of the upper plate; a rotary roller(5) at the end of the piston(6).
