PURPOSE: The apparatus is fabricated to acquire a stable frequency in a short time when leaping frequency CONSTITUTION: The apparatus is characterized by comprising: two local oscillator( or PLL)(46, 48) to leap an oscillation frequency of the local oscillator(or PLL) to a frequency mixer(14) for high frequency; a 2 way combiner(28) which combines two high frequency switch and two signals into one or branches one signal into two signal; and a microprocessor(MPU) and a microprocessor control program(82) controlling the local oscillator(PLL). The apparatus enables to leap stably with more than two frequencies to an output port(22) by two high frequency switches and two local oscillators(or PLL). Two high frequency switches can adjust the frequency leap time by adjusting the connection switchover time to the microprocessor.
