PURPOSE: A medical suction device of an alien substance is provided to prevent out of orders of various instruments, an occurring of bad smell and an air pollution of indoors by preventing overflow of an alien substance in a containing vessel through perceiving automatically the excess amount of the sucked foreign substance. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises a containing vessel(31), a plate(53), a perceiving sensor(54), a precipitation bottle(41) and a filter(43). The plate(53) is ascendably/descendably mounted by many springs(52) in a fitting pipe(51) where the containing vessel(31) is fitted through inserting. The perceiving sensor(54) is on/off by ascending/descending action of the plate(53) and installed at the bottom of the fitting pipe(51). Thus, a suction pump(10) is controlled by a filling of the containing vessel(31). The precipitation bottle(41) and the filter(43) are installed on a discharging line of the suction pump(10) thereby preventing remained foreign substances in an air discharged and discharging the air after purifying.
