PURPOSE: A water gate is provided to prevent the stored water from being polluted by forming a subsidiary water gate on the water gate that regularly keeps water amount, so a little amount of water as to flow through the subsidiary floodgate. CONSTITUTION: A subsidiary floodgate(23) is installed in one place of a floodgate(10), rotating to be open and shut by a fixing shaft as a center. A speed reducer(27) having a driving gear(28) and a motor(26) feeding power to the speed reducer are formed inside the subsidiary floodgate and a vertically moving gear(25) is formed on a fixing shaft(24). But the vertically moving gear on the fixing shaft and the driving gear of the speed reducer are met. Also, a sensor(29) is installed on one place of the floodgate to sense the poundage, so as to open and shut the subsidiary floodgate by an electric signal that is sensed from the sensor.
