PURPOSE: The apparatus prevents the leakage of the electromagnetic wave energy by optimizing the contact area between a cut surface(203) of a wave guide(200) and an antenna(208a), and improves the uniform heating performance by forming a circular polarization through an open aperture when the electromagnetic wave is radiated into a cavity(120), and simplifies the arrangement of an electronic component by minimizing the length and the width of the wave guide, and increases the radiation of the electromagnetic wave energy by assuring the contact area between the antenna and the cut surface of the wave guide. CONSTITUTION: The matching apparatus includes; a first open aperture(201) which is formed lengthwise along the surface contacted with the cavity and radiates by dispersing the electromagnetic energy emitted from the antenna into the cavity uniformly; a second open aperture(202) which is separated from the first open aperture and is formed to be sloped as to the first open aperture and radiates by dispersing the electromagnetic energy emitted from the antenna into the cavity uniformly; and the wave guide having an assistant cut surface which is contacted with the antenna, being projected lengthwise to the cut surface to form the cut surface with the antenna.
