PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To request the output of state data to each refrigerating showcase from an external accessory device such as a data collector or a centralized control panel through a serial communication line equal to that of a system controller, which monitors the states of a plurality of refrigerating showcases and supplies an operation command. SOLUTION: In a system controller 1 connected to the controllers 2 of a plurality of refrigerating showcases through a showcase communication interface 4, the communication relay mechanism 10 of external accessory devices relative to external accessory devices 7 is provided. Upon request of the output of state data from the external accessory device 7, the communication relay mechanism 10 of the external accessory devices transmits requested data of the state data of the refrigerating showcases stored in a control part 3 to the external accessory device 7 through a communication switching mechanism 9 and the communication interface 8 of the external accessory devices.
