PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel channel-changing-over device capable of absorbing pressure instantaneously in the case of changing-over operation without requiring an exclusive pressure absorbing member separately by controlling rotating timing of a valve body and a casing or a rotating rate. SOLUTION: The working medium channel-changing-over device 1 is provided with a casing 10 and a valve disc 20, wherein a second joint opening 12 or a third joint opening 13, through which a working medium at a high pressure is delivered from a compressor 2 during operation, becomes an open state shutting communication with a second changing-over channel opening 22 of the valve disc 20 or a third changing channel opening 23 of the valve body 20 during changing operation, and a change of rotation is conducted with intention of rendering a pressure difference inside the casing 10 uniform. In case of uniforming the pressure difference, the valve disc 20 is allowed to rotate slowly from a time of intermission or a start of rotation. After pressure difference is uniformed, the valve body 20 is allowed to rotate fast.
