PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide hot water equivalent to a hot spring stably, surely and also effectively for preservation of the environment. SOLUTION: Inside an outer casing 1 inserted down to a geothermal source, an inner casing 11 is inserted with a space therefrom and an outside pumped water passage part 9 is formed of the space, while an inside pumped water passage part 12 formed in the internal hole of the inner casing 11 is made to communicate with the outside pumped water passage part 9. Intakes 17 are provided in the peripheral wall of the outer casing 1 and underground water 19 collected from the intakes 17 is heated by subterranean heat during its passing through the outside pumped water passage part 9 and taken out as a geothermal hot water spring 19a from the inside pumped water passage part 12.
