PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and properly apply a water stopping procedure and to reduce cost. SOLUTION: A packing material 60 is provided between mullions 10, thereby preventing the ingress of water. In this case, a wet seal material is not needed and a water stopping work can be done easily and properly. Consequently, the application of taping or the like for preventing a three-sided seal to a joint member can be eliminated, and construction cost can be lowered. Also, the packing material 60 has an upper adherence part 61 and a lower adherence part 62, and the conventional continuous bead can be divided into a bead 14 attached to an upper mullion 10A and another bead 14 attached to a lower mullion 10B. According to this construction, a work at a construction site can be simplified via the pre-attachment of each bead 14 to each mullion 10 at a factory, thereby realizing the further reduction of cost.
