PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the flexible portion of a base of the hydraulic piping from being applied with unreasonable bent. SOLUTION: Among the hydraulic piping of respective hydraulic cylinders 4... of a working machine a flexible portion 11 extending between a rotating frame 1 and the working machine is respectively restrained to an outlet provided on the piping of the rotating frame 1 and the midway lateral of the working machine boom 5 with the midway unrestrained flexible portion 11 curved in an S-like shape and arranged by passing it through a flexible portion guiding device 23 provided on a swing bracket 3 so as to have the turn up region from the lower side curve to the upper side curve position near the lateral part of the boom hoisting fulcrum. The flexible portion guiding device 23 is arranged in a displaceable manner at least vertically with respect to the swing bracket 3 in a specific angular range.
