PURPOSE: A recording media reproducing apparatus is provided, which has an operation unit and a loading operation unit as one identical power generating unit and performs a lead-in or an exhaust of a tray and a loading operation. CONSTITUTION: A recording media reproducing apparatus comprises: one power generating unit(300) to be installed to a pick-up unit(200) installed on a main base (100); a power transmission lever(210) to be installed to a elastic member(211); a slider(220) for moving in a straight line by the power of the power transmission lever(210); a bracket gear(230) to be operated by the slider(220); a slide lever(250) to be rotated by the slider(220) for performing a rectilinear movement of a guide up/down unit(400); a clutch for temporally transmitting and intercepting the power of the load gear(240); and a tray(500) to be operated by the power of the load gear(240). Since a feeding, a loading, and up/down of the pick-up unit are operated using the one power generating unit, a needed component is minimized and the product is compacted.
