PURPOSE: An information generating method is provided to easily analyze and calculate the cause to the incomplete call and to reduce the waste of a disk by preventing the information of the incomplete call from generating. CONSTITUTION: The information generating method includes the steps of: examining if the relevant incomplete call belongs to the recorded service type by receiving the incomplete call from the process for processing a call; and recording and storing the incomplete call by a cause by confirming the cause code of the incomplete call if the relevant incomplete call belongs to the recorded service type after examining.
