PURPOSE: A heat exchanging device for a freezing system is provided to be able to effectively reduce the vibration, and to be able to secure the safety at the abnormal pressure value. CONSTITUTION: The heat exchanging device for a freezing system has:a side plate(5) formed many electric heating pipes(1) and many passing slots(11), and to support the electric heating pipes; a rotating connection pipe(7) combined to connecting with the electric heating pipes; a contacting unit contacted a connection pipe to input and to output a coolant from the outside of the electric heating pipes; a support flange(19) extended according to the lengthwise of the electric heating pipes.
