PURPOSE: A driving device is provided to have an excellent converting rate of energy using an oil pressure. CONSTITUTION: The device rolling a wheel by using the pressure of an oil pressure device comprises:an oil pressure device(1); a rotating plate(6) to support the oil pressure device; a front toothed lever(2) and a rear toothed lever(4) for converting a direction; a driving wheel(8) to roll by receiving a pressure; a circular frame(9) to roll the driving wheel in a regular frame; an inertia wheel(14); an oil pressure generating device(17¯19); a rotating frame(12,16) to support a rotating shaft(11,13); a rotating bearing(20) to separate the oil pressure generating device. |
